Stress Management

Research has indicated that a healthy amount of controllable stress can lead to improved brain performance and enhanced immune system. It can facilitate better preparation for future stressful conditions, which can certainly affect one's emotional well-being at home and at workplace.

Learning Objectives:

  1. To identify the leading sources of stress and common personal triggers
  2. To understand the physiological systems that are affected by stressors and the long-term effects and illnesses that can result from stressors.
  3. To understand the specific applications of stress as it relates to the workplace and different target groups.
  4. To raise awareness as to how the perceptions of situations influence the emotions and behaviour of an individual.

MS-Excel Basics

This course is created for the computer novice and teaches Microsoft Excel basics. Excel is the most powerful tool to manage and analyze various types of Data. This Microsoft Excel tutorial for beginners covers in-depth lessons for Excel learning and how to use various Excel formulas, tables and charts.

Learning Objectives:

At the end of the course, participants are expected to know how to use Microsoft Excel to:
