Being an alumnus of SCMS Nagpur, I can confidently say that the institute played a pivotal role in shaping both my academic and professional journey. The exposure to industry interactions, leadership opportunities, and a strong emphasis on practical learning helped me build confidence and a real-world perspective early on. My experience as part of the Corporate Relations Cell further strengthened my ability to engage with industry professionals and take initiative. SCMS Nagpur not only provided a solid academic foundation but also instilled the mindset to grow, lead, and create impact.

My journey at SCMS Nagpur has been truly transformative, shaping both my academic foundation and personal growth. The institute focuses on holistic development with an industry-relevant curriculum, fostering an interactive environment. The faculty is very supportive, and this is what encourages you to think out of the box and learn practical business skills. I have had the privilege of holding various student leadership roles, which helped me to be more accountable, work in a team, and make quick and effective decisions.

Another great experience was the Global Immersion Program, where I went on a scholarship semester abroad to the Berlin School of Economics & Law, which broadened my global perspective and deepened my understanding of cross-cultural business dynamics.

SCMS Nagpur has been more than just a college—it has been a platform that nurtured my ambitions and equipped me with the skills and mindset needed to excel in my future career.

I am very grateful that I chose to join SCMS Nagpur, as it turned out to be a truly transformative decision in my academic journey. One of the biggest advantages SCMS gave me was early exposure to subjects and concepts that are integral to an MBA curriculum, which later gave me a significant edge over my peers during my time at IIM Shillong. My time at SCMS, Nagpur was one of the most formative and memorable phases of my academic journey. Studying BBA there provided me with a strong foundation in business management, but more importantly, it shaped the way I think, learn, and approach challenges. These experiences helped me develop essential skills, and also help build the confidence to pursue opportunities beyond my comfort zone. Looking back, SCMS Nagpur played a pivotal role in shaping both my academic interests and professional aspirations. Today, I am pursuing Human Resource Management (PGT) at the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom, and I often reflect on how the learning environment, mentorship, and exposure I received at SCMS Nagpur prepared me for this next step. The values and skills I gained during my time there continue to guide me as I work towards building a meaningful career in the field of human resources.

Reflecting on my journey at SCMS Nagpur, I can confidently say it was the cornerstone of my professional and personal growth.
